Director of Operations, Florida Board Certified Investigator, Florida Notary Public, TSCM Trained in “Bug Sweeps”.
Wayne Miles is a Florida licensed Private Investigator and is the Director of Operations and maintains the Florida Agency License for Alpha Agency. He has completed training as a Forensic Interviewer and provides field training for investigator interns through local universities. His experience includes years of computer and internet consulting. He also served his country as a military intelligence officer and collected signal intelligence (SIGINT) for the National Security Agency (NSA) in Europe. Wayne served on the Board of Directors with the Lakeland Citizens Police Academy, and is currently an active member of the FBI Infragard program. Other affiliations include being a “Ten Year” member of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigator (FALI), active member of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers and a current member of the California and Texas Investigators association as well as the National Council of Investigation and Security Services, (NCISS). Over all, Wayne has had years of experience in the field conduction investigations and working under-cover operations. Licensed in Florida since 2002.

Anthony Bonacum
Private Investigator (Retired), Consultant
Tony is a research specialist and a wiz on the computer. He is often tasked with starting background checks and digging up information from the world wide web. He is the former CEO of Atlas Information Research, Inc. and is retired from the Connecticut State Police where he became proficient with accident investigations and general criminal investigations. Tony also served several years as Third Vice President of FALI and is a Lifetime Member. Most recently, Tony can be found roaming around the US in his motor home when he isn’t consulting on cases or doing volunteer work.

Research Specialist – Under Cover Specialist
Nicole, or “Nikki” has worked with our agency for several years now, and started as an office manager and moved on to become an experienced Research Specialist. She is great for digging up all sorts of information to support our investigative staff. Nikki is also very skilled is setting up under cover operations and “prepping” cases.
Thomas Minor
Field Investigator
Tom is a retired Colonel in the US Marine Corp and has several years of experience as an investigator while serving. He is involved with supporting different investigations and serving as a backup for other agency operations as needed. He recently returned from a trip to Africa where he climbed a dormant volcano in Tanzania, Mount Kilimanjaro. It was over 19,000 ft high and something that he has always wanted to do.
LaTia Howard
Human Resources, Private Investigator
Ms. LaTia is our local expert in the pre-employment and background check area and oversees all such investigations. She has a wide range of resources available that she uses to provide services to our clients. When she has time, she loves going out on stakeouts and working with other investigators doing undercover assignments.
Lizzette Sarria
Certified Forensic Examiner (CFE)
Fraud Investigation and Litigation support are her strong point. She is the owner of On-site Accounting and bookkeeping services in Plant City where she offers CFO services and business reviews. Her CFE credentials allow her to assist in internal investigations where money is involved providing forensic accounting services for our agency.
Barbara Wolford
California Private Investigator – West Coast Operations
Barbara is in charge of all of our West Coast Operations. He office is located in Los Angeles, and she assists in our San Francisco Field Office when needed. An active member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators, (CALI), she is able to provide a wide range of investigative services for us. She has years of experience and can handle all sorts of cases with ease and professionalism.
